PixCarry runs quietly in your Mac's menu bar and keeps your photos, videos, and files backed up to storage you own and control — no PixCarry servers, no third-party cloud, no subscription lock-in. Your files travel straight from your Mac to your destination; PixCarry never sees or stores them anywhere in between. Point it at your Photo Library or any folder on disk, connect it to your own S3 bucket, SFTP/FTP server, WebDAV share, Synology NAS, PhotoPrism, or Immich instance, and let it take care of the rest. New items are picked up and sent automatically — nothing already in your library gets swept up unless you ask for it. WHY PIXCARRY Private by design — transfers go directly from your Mac to the destination you configure. No PixCarry cloud sits in between, and nothing is uploaded anywhere except where you point it. Photo Library or any folder — automatic transfers can watch your Photo Library, or any folder on disk, treating both the same way: whatever lands there gets sent, nothing already inside is swept up unless you ask for it. Folder sync for everything, not just photos — turn any folder into a standing sync to your own storage. Documents, videos, screenshots, project files — anything you drop in gets copied to your destination automatically. Reclaim disk space — once a photo or file has been sent, you can delete the original from your Mac in one action, right from the transfer itself, to free up local storage without losing anything. Your storage, your rules — connect directly to S3, SFTP, FTP, WebDAV, Synology NAS, PhotoPrism, or Immich. Lives in the menu bar — PixCarry runs in the background like Dropbox or Nextcloud, with a status icon that shows how many files are still waiting to go. Launch at login — enable it once and PixCarry quietly resumes watching and transferring every time you start your Mac. Multiple destinations at once — run several transfers side by side, each to its own destination, without them interfering with each other. Full visibility — see exactly which file is uploading, how large it is, and how fast the transfer is moving, not just a generic progress bar. One-time archive — send everything already in your library in one go, whenever you want a full backup rather than just new items. PixCarry doesn't ask you to trust a new cloud service, and it doesn't ask you to trust PixCarry with your files either. It's a private bridge to the storage you already have or already pay for. PixCarry Plus Automatic transfers, whole-library backups and every destination type are part of PixCarry Plus, available weekly, monthly or yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in your own currency in the app before you buy.
