Your profile is now your CV. Fill it in section by section, or start from your CV: photograph a paper CV or choose a PDF or Word file, and we fill in your profile and show where each line came from. Nothing is saved until you tick it. Employers see your first name and initial; your surname, phone and email stay locked until you give them to one employer. Share your profile with a link or a QR code. Call from the chat. Every conversation with an employer or an applicant now has voice and video calls, and a call rings like a phone call, even on a locked screen. Your number stays private and nothing is recorded; if you prefer messages, switch calls off for that chat in the ⋯ menu. Record a voice message with one press (it is written out for you both), send a PDF or Word document that is checked for safety, and fix or take back a message you have just sent. Messages that ask you for money or documents now carry a warning with a Report button, and the chat rules are one tap away.

Application Highscores. Every application you send now scores in a monthly race, and the top 10 job seekers send in gold: framed in gold and first in every employer's inbox. See the board, the countdown to the next reset, your rank, your streak and your Gold Tickets in the new Highscores screen. A Gold Ticket sends one application in gold, even before you reach the top 10. For employers: gold applications are marked and listed first among your applicants and in your inbox, along with any Highscores badges the applicant has earned.

Update your CV after applying. Open an application and send an updated CV: the employer sees the new one in place of the old, with a note in your conversation. You can also open the CV the employer has now. For employers: a "New CV" mark shows when an applicant updates their CV, and opening a CV always shows the latest file.

Notifications you can act on. A new applicant arrives with Reply, Shortlist and Decline right on the notification, so you can answer someone without opening the app. Interview reminders come through even on Focus. Pictures in a conversation. Send a photo of a certificate, a rota or a portfolio page, from either side, straight in the thread. Apply to more listings in the app. Employers who ask their own questions are now answered here instead of in a browser. Also: messages sent from the app are translated for the other side, the board answers arrow keys and filters to listings posted here, and the account screen has been rebuilt.

Your fit on every listing. Sign in and every vacancy carries a number from 0 to 100 that answers one question: can you do this job. A new For you tab lists the listings that fit you best, each with one sentence saying why, and two switches for your city or the whole country. Before you send a CV, the app reads it the way an applicant system does and names the exact words to fix. Signing in now takes one email code. Dark mode, faster lists, and replies from employers now arrive as notifications.

The board now reads like findjobs.ge: featured listings first, then this week's listings posted directly here, then everything else under Today, Yesterday, This week and Earlier. Fields and cities are ordered by how many live listings they hold, with the counts shown. Pay comes first on every row. The Account tab is now your workspace. Job seekers see their applications with the stage each one has reached, a profile checklist, and the one thing worth doing next. Employers get their numbers at a glance and an applicant desk sorted into new, shortlisted, interview, on hold and declined. Sign in with a passkey alone: one tap, Face ID, no email code. Sort by highest salary, show only listings posted here, and many smaller fixes.

Sign in with Apple, Google, or a passkey, and protect your account with a second factor. Messages now support replies and reactions, and conversations open at the newest message. A rebuilt account screen that shows what needs your attention instead of only listing links. Interview scheduling with reminders, plus report and block. Fixes: you can no longer apply to your own listing, and the conversation menu no longer appears twice.
