Share in one tap. The Share button on a document now opens the share sheet straight away, and you can share from the library with a swipe or a long press. Format, quality and password options live under Export Options. Import photos right next to the Scan button, or open PDFs and photos from Mail, Messages and Files straight into Pageora. Crop any page by hand, and undo automatic straightening whenever it guesses wrong: Adjust, then Use Original Photo. Photos of screens are no longer squeezed into a page shape. Scan up to 25 documents before you need Pageora Unlimited, and see what it adds before you decide: the receipt fields Pageora read, the due dates it found and the tags your filing rules would apply. Browse your library by tag from the top of the list. Receipts are read even when they are not on the first page. Draw a new signature whenever you like, and delete your saved signature from Settings. Better names for imported photos, a page that fails to process no longer costs you the whole scan, and a new icon for iOS 26.

Import photos and PDFs. Already took a picture of the paper? Bring in JPG, HEIC or PNG from your photo library, or an existing PDF, and it gets the same straightening, cleanup and text recognition as a live scan. Color mode now actually cleans the page. Uneven lighting and shadows are evened out while the colors stay true — this matters most for imported photos, which never passed through the camera's own filtering. Three ways your scans could be lost are fixed. Deleting a document that iCloud had offloaded could destroy the originals; two documents with similar filenames could attach to each other's files; and a document brought in from a backup, a second device or a reinstall no longer loses its identity. Deleting is now confirmed. Swipe-to-delete and bulk delete used to remove PDFs with no confirmation at all. A calmer, sharper app. Higher-contrast labels throughout, haptics on scan, purchase and export, smoother transitions, and iPad fixes — the detail pane no longer sits empty and the page grid uses the width you have.
