تطبيق Drasat HR مخصص لموظفي دراسات الذين لديهم حساب على نظام دراسات للموارد البشرية.
لا يوجد تسجيل حساب من داخل التطبيق. الحساب يُنشأ مسبقاً من جهة العمل، ثم يستخدم الموظف بريده الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور لتسجيل الدخول وإدارة يوم عمله.
ما يمكنك فعله:
• تسجيل الحضور والانصراف
• عرض وقت الحضور والانصراف وإجمالي ساعات العمل
• متابعة سجل الحضور حسب الشهر (حاضر، غائب، نصف يوم)
• تقديم طلب إجازة ومتابعة حالته (قيد المراجعة، مقبول، مرفوض)
• الاطلاع على رصيد الإجازات
• عرض العطلات الرسمية
• متابعة التعميمات الخاصة بالموظفين
• تعديل الملف الشخصي وتغيير كلمة المرور
• الاطلاع على سياسة الخصوصية أو حذف الحساب
صُمم التطبيق للموظف نفسه، وليس لإدارة فرق الموارد البشرية أو للجمهور العام. لن تتمكن من استخدامه إذا لم يكن لديك حساب صادر من جهة عملك على نظام دراسات.
