Managers now see colleagues’ profile photos in the manager area: on a teammate’s page and in the lists of today’s staff, clock in/outs, leave and paperwork, so it is easier to put a face to a name. Shown only for people at your own sites.

You can now add your own profile photo in Profile: take one or choose one from your library. It appears when you clock in on your workplace's terminal, so colleagues can see it's you. Available where your employer has switched it on.

Teams now keeps checking that you're on site while you're clocked in, even after your phone has closed the app, so the reminder to clock out reaches you when it should. Also general improvements to how the app runs on Android.

• My reviews, under More: read your performance reviews, acknowledge them and add a comment if you see things differently, and keep notes on how your objectives are going. Your manager sees your notes when they next review you. • Letters from your employer now arrive in Documents, to read and confirm you have received them. • A document that only needs your signature is complete as soon as you sign it, instead of waiting on your employer.

New: see your own certificates under More → Certificates. That shows what your job needs, what's running out, and who checked and approved each one.

If your day is a round of calls, the app now shows the whole round. Every address in order, with the times, and a clock-in and clock-out at each one - pick the address you have arrived at and the round keeps going between calls without starting a new shift. The privacy note on the clock-in screen now names the address you are actually being checked against, rather than your base. Smaller fixes to the schedule and timesheet screens.

Birthdays and work anniversaries, celebrated. On the day, a greeting with confetti on your Home screen — and on the clock-in terminal. Your company switches this on or off under Settings. Also in this release: • When I can work: a simpler list — each day with a morning and an afternoon to tick. • The six PIN boxes are visible before you type. • Two-factor authentication, where your company requires it. • OPSICLE Learning: a simulation finished to the end now counts towards the module. • Small fixes.

OPSICLE University is now OPSICLE Learning. Same lessons, same checks, same certificates — under More → Learning. Certificates you already hold keep their number and stay valid. Also in this release: • OPSICLE Learning on your phone: learn how the app and the clock-in terminal work in short lessons, with a quick check at the end of each module — pass it and the next one opens. Complete a track and you're certified; your manager can see it on your record. Sign in with your usual login; progress follows you between phone and web. • Tablets and foldables can now be used in landscape. Phones stay portrait.
