AUTOMATIC RECORDING FOR ANY CALL
Rebrief lives in your menu bar and can detect when a call starts. It captures your microphone and system audio as separate tracks, so your side of the conversation is distinct from everyone else from the start.
It works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex, Slack, Discord, FaceTime, WhatsApp and any browser tab. Rebrief records what your Mac plays instead of joining the meeting, so there is no integration to install, account to create or bot in the participant list.
AI MEETING NOTES AFTER EVERY CALL
Once transcription is complete, a model running on your Mac creates structured notes with:
- A concise summary
- Decisions
- Key points
- Action items and their owners
- Open questions
KNOW WHO SAID WHAT
Your microphone track identifies your side automatically. Optional speaker identification separates other voices on the call. Name a voice once and Rebrief can recognize it in later meetings, making transcripts easier to scan and search.
ASK ACROSS ALL YOUR MEETINGS
Ask questions in your own words and get answers based on what was actually said. Rebrief shows the source lines beneath each answer. Click a source to open that meeting at the exact moment, and ask follow-up questions without starting over.
TRANSCRIPTION IN 99 LANGUAGES
Rebrief detects the language on each side of the call independently and can follow conversations that switch languages. The speech model runs locally for private, on-device transcription.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE BY DESIGN
Your recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries, voice data and search index remain on your Mac. There is no Rebrief account, cloud upload, sync service or web app. After the one-time model downloads, recording, transcription, summaries and search work offline.
EXPORT YOUR WORK
Export transcripts as Markdown, plain text, SRT or WebVTT, save the original audio tracks, or copy meeting notes as Markdown. Your meetings are never locked into a cloud workspace.
Always follow the recording and consent laws that apply to you and the other people on your call.

Rebrief now shows the transcript live while you record, and writes a follow-up email and meeting minutes after each summary.
