Then bring the players you raised into your own club. BUILD YOUR PLAYER Pick a name, nationality, handedness and position, from shortstop to starting pitcher. Your path starts in the minors and leads to pro leagues in the US, Japan, Korea and beyond. MAKE THE CALLS Train or rest. Stay loyal or test free agency. Push for a bigger contract or take the safe deal. Every decision shapes your ratings, your reputation and your legacy. CLUTCH MOMENTS Reach the finals and the title comes down to a single at bat. Read the strike zone and win the duel. NEGOTIATE YOUR SALARY Ask for 10, 25 or 50 percent more than the club's offer. Aim too high and you may be left waiting. RETIRE A LEGEND Every career ends with a retirement card: peak ratings, career stats, trophies and earnings. Share it, compare it, and try to top it next time.
