PharmaLink CoPayment Providers is the app for the providers behind the card — the doctors, laboratories, radiology centres, optical stores, pharmacies and hospitals that patients reach through PharmaLink.

BOOKINGS:
See today at a glance, work through what is coming, and keep a record of what has been. Mark a patient attended when they arrive, cancel with a reason the patient is told, or offer them a new time — an offer they accept or refuse, so nobody's appointment moves without them.
THE COUNTER:
Scan a patient's card, or type the number when a camera will not do. You see straight away whether the card can be used, what it covers at this branch, and what the visit will cost — then record what the patient actually had. Prices come from your own list, and what a patient was quoted stays quoted.
BRANCHES:
Every branch keeps its own address and working hours. Set a weekly pattern once, then add the holidays and one-off closures that override it — the app tells you which bookings a closure would affect before you save it.
SERVICES AND PRICES:
Publish what you offer and what you charge, in Arabic and English. Patients see the discount your prices earn them.
YOUR TEAM:
Give the people at your counter their own accounts, limited to the branches they actually work at. They see their own bookings and their own visits, and nothing else.
NOTIFICATIONS:
You are told about a new booking, a cancellation and an answered reschedule offer — in whichever language this phone last used.
ARABIC AND ENGLISH:
Every screen, both languages, right-to-left throughout.
PharmaLink CoPayment is for registered providers. Patients use the PharmaLink app, and the two accounts are separate even when they share a mobile number.
