Kapwamilya keeps a community's people, memories and shared fund together in one warm, private place — and it is simple enough for a non-technical volunteer to run.
It is built for the groups that already look after each other: an alumni batch, a parish, a homeowners' association, a team, a circle of old friends.
A shared fund people can trust
Run goal-based drives or ongoing collections. Members pledge, or submit proof of a GCash or bank payment for the treasurer to confirm. Help going out is tracked too, so everyone sees one honest, reconciled balance.

Please note: Kapwamilya is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor or money-transfer service. Your community's money never passes through us and we take no share of it. Contributions are handled directly by your own treasurer, outside the app, and simply recorded here for transparency.

Gentle, automatic reminders
Birthday greetings, event reminders and pledge nudges, delivered over Telegram with email as a reliable fallback. Admins post announcements as cards or headlines.
Groups within groups
For a federation — a national body over districts over chapters, or a parish council over its ministries. Announcements cascade down the levels you choose, and each level keeps its own fund while contributions roll up with reconciled remittances.
Your own space, your own words
Each community sets its own name, logo, welcome screen and home layout — and even the wording on every page. Optional features switch on or off, roles keep the right people in charge, and every group's data is walled off from every other.
No password to remember
Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time code. Nothing to forget and nothing to reset — which matters when not every member is comfortable with apps.
Private by design
Kapwamilya is invitation-only. You join a community because its administrators invited you. Your people, your money, your memories — never ours to monetize.

Ratings & Reviews
• Events: add a Meet/Zoom/Teams link, and members can tap Join from Home or the calendar
• Events: optionally show members who's going; organizers can add or remove attendees for a member
• Fund: add the bank or e-wallet (Institution) when uploading a payment
• Treasurers can attach proof when recording a payment for a member
• Home: dots show what's new since you last looked
• Fixes: duplicate chat messages, logo/welcome photo upload, and the payment form now scrolls on small screens
