SkinMD turns your iPhone into a private, organized mole diary. Photograph a mole, run the ABCDE self-check, and log an entry in under a minute. SkinMD builds a timeline of every entry so you can see — at a glance — what is changing and when.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Log a mole in 4 guided steps — name, photo, ABCDE assessment, optional note. • Use the Mole Analyzer to extract dominant color, estimate diameter against a coin or ruler reference, and optionally run an AI pattern review (BYO OpenAI key, stored only on device). • Compare any two entries side-by-side — see how Asymmetry, Border, Color, Diameter, and Evolution have shifted over time, with a clear net-change summary. • Track multiple moles across 11 body regions with severity bands (Low concern · Monitor closely · Review with dermatologist). • Get gentle reminders when a mole hasn't been checked in 60+ days. • Export your diary as a sharable report to bring to your dermatologist. • 100% on-device storage. No account, no cloud, no ads.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
SkinMD does not require sign-in. Photos and entries live in the app's local storage. The optional AI feature sends a photo to OpenAI only when you explicitly run it, using a key you provide and store yourself. Delete everything with a single tap from Settings.
