Leadership and Officers on Home: The leadership card now shows only the top two leaders (display order 1 and 2). A new Officers card lists everyone else, each with a photo, name and position, and tapping a person opens their profile. Feedback card: A new "प्रतिक्रिया र सुझाव" card on Home opens the complaints and suggestions page. New services grid: Home now has a 3-column grid of परिचय, सूचना जानकारी, सेवाहरू, वडा परिचय, ऐन कानून and पर्यटकीय स्थल, plus Emergency and Sarsafai cards below it. Better navigation: सूचना जानकारी opens the Notices tab. सेवाहरू opens All Services. वडा परिचय opens the ward representatives list. New pages: पर्यटकीय स्थल and सरसफाई each have a list page and a detail page, with buttons to open the map or call. Notices: The सूचना tab now shows the latest municipality notices, even for guests. Position labels: Added Nepali titles for the Chief Administrative Officer, Information Officer and Grievance Hearing Officer. UI fixes: Fixed the card overflow on the home screen, replaced some images with icons, and gave avatars on the Prasasan page a placeholder background.
