CitizenSeva is a unified mobile application developed by Department of Urban Development, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh for accessing citizen-centric urban services across Himachal Pradesh. The application provides citizens with a convenient, transparent, and easy-to-use digital platform to access municipal services anytime, anywhere. Through CitiSeva, citizens can apply for services, make online payments, track applications, view bills and dues, download receipts and certificates, and stay connected with their Urban Local Body (ULB) — all from a single mobile application.

1) CitiSeva provides access to a growing range of urban civic services, including:Property Tax – View property details, check dues and pay property tax online.
2) Garbage Collection – Access household garbage collection services, view charges and make payments.
3) Trade License – Apply for, renew and track trade licenses.Pet Registration – Register pets and access related municipal services.Hall Booking – Check availability and apply for booking municipal halls and community facilities.
4) Animal Birth Control (ABC) – Access services related to Animal Birth Control and management of stray animals.Online Payments – Securely pay applicable municipal taxes, fees and service charges.
