With RAKZ, employees can: • Check in and check out according to their organization’s attendance policies and approved workplaces. • Verify their workplace location when required for an attendance action. • Use workplace Wi-Fi verification when enabled by the organization. • View today’s attendance status and work schedule. • Submit leave requests and follow their status. • Request attendance record corrections and track their progress. • Review monthly attendance summaries and records. • Receive attendance-related notifications and workplace updates. RAKZ is designed for organizations using WESSAAL Smart Attendance. Employee accounts are created and managed by the employer, and the app does not offer public self-registration. Location is used only when needed to verify attendance at an approved workplace. RAKZ does not rely on continuous background location tracking. RAKZ — a clearer workday, with WESSAAL.
