SMART INVENTORY LOOKUP AND MANAGEMENT For Store Managers Scan any product SKU, barcode, or custom unique identifier to instantly load product details. Adjust stock levels, toggle inventory tracking, or update stock status including In Stock, Out of Stock, and On Backorder directly from the scanning screen. Print customized barcode and QR code labels for products directly from your WooCommerce admin panel. 2. LOGISTICS AND ORDER FULFILLMENT Scan order barcodes to load order details, purchased items, and shipping status. Move orders through different fulfillment states, including Processing, Packed, Shipped, and Completed. Scan or enter shipping tracking codes when marking orders as Shipped. Browse operation history and scan logs to track team activity. 3. SECURE DELIVERY VERIFICATION For Delivery Agents Use a dedicated agent role with restricted access to Shipped or Completed orders. Complete orders at customer locations by scanning order packages. Use built-in 6-digit OTP verification to verify deliveries before changing the delivery status. 4. NATIVE MOBILE INTEGRATION VIA HOTWIRE QuickScan uses Turbo Drive to provide fast page transitions without full browser reloads. The app connects directly to native iOS camera hardware for barcode and QR code scanning. The app also provides native mobile features such as bottom navigation, system notifications, and logout handling.
