Sweathearts: Couples Fitness
Workout & Nutrition Tracker
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Sweathearts is the strength and nutrition app built for two. Instead of juggling separate fitness apps, you and your partner share one place to log lifts, track food and water, and watch your progress side by side — synced across iPhone and Apple Watch.
Whether you train in the same gym or on opposite sides of the city, Sweathearts keeps you accountable to each other. Wins are shared, streaks are shared, and weight is never shared unless you want it to be.
TRAIN TOGETHER
• Walk in knowing what to lift — today's session is ready before you reach the rack
• Log sets, reps and weight in seconds, and swap any lift in two taps
• Track your estimated 1RM and watch your strength trend over time
• Log from your Apple Watch so your phone stays in your bag
EAT TOGETHER
• Log meals with calories, protein, carbs and fat
• Set daily macro targets that fit your goal — cutting, bulking or maintaining
• Track water intake alongside your food, all in one place
PROGRESS TOGETHER
• Weigh-ins sync themselves from Apple Health
• Clear trend charts for body weight, 1RM, macros and water
• Shared streaks and milestones that keep you both motivated
• Choose exactly what your partner sees — celebrate the wins, keep the rest private
BUILT FOR TWO
• Pair with your partner and everything stays in sync
• Each of you keeps your own goals, targets and history
• Offline-first: log in a basement gym with no signal and it syncs when you're back
• Private by design — your data is shared only with the partner you choose
APPLE WATCH
• Start and log workouts from your wrist
• Glance at today's water, calories and training at any time
• Everything syncs automatically back to your iPhone
Sweathearts is for couples, gym buddies, training partners and anyone who knows that fitness sticks better when you do it with someone. Download Sweathearts and start training together today.

Your watch and phone, one workout.
• Start on either device and it's the same workout on both, with the same exercises and sets. Log on your wrist or your phone, and the other keeps up.
• Left your phone at home? Your watch follows today's plan, and the full workout appears on your phone, every set included, once you're back.
• Start a walk or run on your phone and it opens on your watch too. No more "Are you exercising?" from the Workout app, and your walk shows in Apple Fitness with heart rate, calories and your route.
• Choose Outdoor or Treadmill before a walk, run or ride on your phone.
• Rate how hard a workout felt on either device. It's saved once, on the right workout.
• Pool swims on the watch now record properly, with Water Lock on.
• One session at a time: start a walk during a workout (or a workout during a walk) and the app offers to finish the first one for you.
Works without signal.
• Gym sessions, walks and runs, watch-only workouts, custom plans, your morning word, calorie targets, your name and your theme all save with no connection and sync when you're back, even in the background.
• Today's workout loads offline instead of showing a rest day. "Hey Siri, add rice to my grocery list" works offline too.
Also new.
• Since day one: Progress shows how much stronger you are than your first sessions, lift by lift.
• The Us page counts all the food you log, judges the week on the days so far, runs on your local time, and the team streak no longer resets every morning.
• Each theme has its own illustrations for empty screens and PRs.
• Maintenance Mode now does what it says: two short full-body sessions a week that hold your strength, with your programme waiting exactly where you left it.
• Your awards are 3D again: spin them on the award page. New awards now arrive right after the workout or glass of water that earned them.
• Walks and runs tracked on your phone alone save to Apple Health with their route map and the climb.
• AI suggestions ask before anything is sent, and have a switch in Settings.
• Apple Health asks for permission once, not screen by screen.
Fixes.
• One "workout complete" notification per workout, for you and anyone you share Activity with.
• Outdoor walks save with their map in Apple Fitness.
• History in a workout opens the lift you tapped, and Progress keeps updating however long you've trained.
