FAMILY ROUTE MAP
Twenty family situations: greetings at the door, kinship, tea and meals, phone calls, Ramadan and Eid, cooking together, visiting the village, condolence visits, talking about yourself, and more. Shared high-utility speech comes first. Labelled differences appear only when a teaching pair is documented.
SAME MOMENT, DIFFERENT VOICES
Compare Mirpuri-labelled and Pothwari-labelled teaching forms for the same family situation without ranking either variety as purer. Communities use more than one name. Choose the label your family uses.
LEARN THE WHY
Word banks for numbers, days, family titles, food, and the home. Plain-English grammar notes, including Pahari-Pothwari features like the -saan future. A sounds guide for aspirated, retroflex, and nasal sounds. Every example has a practice voice.
PRACTISE DAILY
Listening and phrase quizzes, play-all dialogues with two voices, phrase search, and a daily streak.
REGISTER, NOT A SCORE
Each phrase card asks who you would say this to. Practice audio is a generated rehearsal voice bundled with the app and works offline; it is not a native-speaker studio recording. Optional local recording lets you replay your own take. There is no pronunciation score and no upload.
ON DEVICE
Goals, region notes, progress, and recordings stay on your iPhone or iPad. No account. No ads. No third-party analytics SDK.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Monthly Access renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings.
