I called in needing assistance on making sure I was booking the right things for me and my family as we are new to flying the man with whom I spoke with was rude as soon as we got on the phone I had to let him know he was being rude and I’d rather figure it out on m own he pleaded his case and asked to assist so I let him being as I had no idea what I was doing he better than originally but still not quite listening I what I’m asking for or educated me on things I didn’t know so I tell him all my luggage and need for my flight just to get to the airport and he has booked me for the wrong luggage request assistance with the issue to be told I’ll be contacted in 24 hrs after three transfers and explaining my problem 12 times before some one could do that much I know or sure 2 of the 4 people I folded to see Catherine and Britt again they were very uneducated on how to help me not much understanding was made

They will charge you even for breathing, the customer service is terrible, people who work here do not speak well and you can't understand anything, basically they don't offer any help or solutions, a few months ago I bought flights with this app, when I arrived at the airport they told me that my flight has been canceled months ago, that my flight was going to be the next day, that it wasn't their fault since I hadn't bought the flights directly with the airline, it was one travel that was in charge of letting me know, something that never happened! Now months later I buy flights through onetravel again and after I paid a man calls me telling me that since it's a low-cost airline they change and cancel flights often and that the best thing I could do is pay 60 dollars for one travel to take care of the rebooking so it doesn't cost me more with the airline directly! which makes no sense because I called the airline and they said, if that happens they themselves will assign me a new itinerary, or in the worst case a refound, plus they charged me a fee of 7 dollars for each bag that I paid for, meaning they charged me for paying for bags, which wouldn't happen if I had paid for them at the airport 🙃

This app has good flight prices but the check in services, is the worst/ they say you’ll receive your boarding passes at your email, and is not true. Still waiting for it. They should reimburse for not fulfilling this service that should have been done on 24hrs advance before flight. Never buy any adds on specially the supposed check in services. Have to wait to go AirPort and have it at Airline Counter

This app was not helpful. At first I thought it was working out great! Until the day of my travels. (Like as of rt now, as I am writing this review!) I checked-in this morning through an email sent from OneTravel and it confirmed I was checked in. When I arrived to the airport 55 min prior to departure it said I WASN’T checked-in and they had closed out the kiosk for boarding passes for my flight. Earlier this day, the app gave me a choice to “print” or “get app” to receive the itinerary but not the boarding pass. I now had to stand in line to get it. The line was long enough that when i reached the desk the time needed to board that plane had passed. 30 min to departure you must already have your boarding pass in hand. It was 26 min to departure. As a result, I missed my flight. The attendant said if I had checked-in earlier there wouldn't have been a problem. I explained that I DID through an email from One Travel before I even downloaded the app! But she replied it doesn't show in our system. To make matters worse, she said my travel did not include luggage. Therefore, I was charged $25 to check in my bag. She booked me on a later flight that is delayed and expected to depart at 6pm. My original departure left at 2:50pm. It is now 3:10pm. I have to wait an additional 3 hours before I leave and another hour and ten minutes before I arrive to my destination. Im traveling for work. My next step is to inform my clients about the hold up and then everything after that, well, is a domino effect from there. I am so upset at myself for choosing an unreliable source to handle my travels. Dont even bother! Just pay the cost directly to get things done right! Especially when professionally you are expected to provide a service of dependability!
