There's a conversation you've been rehearsing in the shower for two weeks. Rally is where you have it first.
Pick the one you're dreading: feedback that isn't landing, demoting your work best friend, delivering a raise you don't agree with, saying no to your boss's boss. An AI plays the other person, live. Some go quiet. Some talk over you. Some deflect every question. One cries in minute two.
You practice out loud, the closest thing to the real conversation, or by text if you're somewhere quiet. When the scene ends, a review shows you exactly how it went:
- Your exact words, with every hedge highlighted. It counts each "just," "sorry," and "maybe."
- Whether you held your pauses. Silence is a move, and Rally scores the ones you kept.
- What landed, what got buried, and whether the other person knows what changes Monday.
- One coach's note that's kind, not nice.
If it goes badly, that's the point of practice. Run it again until the real one goes better.
