Know where your scent goes before you climb in. The Stand 1.3 puts every stand on a satellite map, with the sun, the shadows and the wind drawn right on top. Plan tomorrow's sit from the couch, or check the wind from the tree. STAND MAP • Every stand on satellite imagery, each pin colored by how many deer you see per sit there. • A scent plume from every stand shows where the wind carries you: green when the wind suits that stand, amber when it doesn't. • The wind comes from the hourly forecast, the sit you're logging, or a direction you set yourself. Lose signal and it keeps using the last forecast. SUN AND SHADOWS • Drag the time slider from legal light to last light and watch the light and each stand's shadow move. • The Log tab shows legal shooting light, sunrise and sunset for your stand, worked out on your phone with no signal needed. ALSO NEW • Back up your whole journal, photos included, to one file and restore it on any phone. • Export your sits and harvests to a spreadsheet. • Season stats now count deer only. • A short "What's new" note after each update, so you never miss what changed.

Your journal can now leave your phone. Back up every stand, sit, harvest, season and photo into a single file, keep it in iCloud Drive or Files, and bring it all back on a new phone. Years of sits are worth protecting, and now they're safe. BACK UP AND RESTORE Settings → Export & Backup → Back up now. Restoring shows you exactly what's on your phone and what's in the backup before anything changes. If you restore by mistake, you can undo it for 7 days. EXPORT TO A SPREADSHEET Export your sits and harvests as CSV files that open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. Units follow your Settings. STATS THAT COUNT DEER "Deer seen" now counts only deer, so a morning full of turkeys no longer inflates your numbers. Best-time stats only appear once you've actually seen deer, and wind readings now show whether you entered them yourself or the app worked them out. Still no account, and your data still stays on your phone. A backup only goes where you send it.

App functionality improvements.

The Stand is the hunting journal built for the hunting stand. Log a sit in under a minute, weather fills itself in, your stand and species are already waiting, and every sighting, shot opportunity, and harvest lands in one place. By the end of the season your own data shows which stands actually produce, when the deer move, and where to hang next year. New in this version: • The Season tab opens straight to your current season, no blank moment first. • Backing out of the photo picker no longer touches the sit you're filling in. • Better anonymous, opt-out usage counters so we build what hunters actually use. Never your location, notes, or photos.

Fixes a bug where quickly double-tapping Save on a harvest could record it twice. The button now disables while the harvest is saving.
