Plate & Paper turns the recipes you already care about into a private, beautifully organized cookbook. Import a supported recipe page, paste recipe text, share a useful caption or screenshot, or photograph a cookbook page. Review every result before saving, so missing ingredients or directions are never quietly invented.
Then take the recipe all the way to the table:
- Edit ingredients, directions, servings, tags, notes, and covers
- Search your cookbook and organize recipes into collections
- Plan meals without losing the original recipe
- Merge ingredients into a focused shopping list
- Remember pantry staples and see exact pantry matches
- Cook step by step with persistent timers and background notifications

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Plate & Paper does not require an account. Photos and screenshots are recognized on-device. This build contains no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking, and it does not silently upload your cookbook. RevenueCat provides operational subscription context while verified StoreKit state controls access. Product analytics is optional and off by default. Only after explicit consent does PostHog receive content-free anonymous workflow events and a random install-local identifier; recipe content is never sent. Consent can be withdrawn in Settings, which stops collection and clears the local analytics state. Session replay, screen and element autocapture, crash and error capture, diagnostic logging, person profiles, advertising identifiers, and cross-app tracking are disabled.
SOCIAL SOURCES, WITHOUT FALSE PROMISES
Some social platforms do not expose full captions or recipe text to apps. Plate & Paper preserves the source and any text or image you share together, then asks for a caption, pasted recipe, or screenshot when a complete recipe is unavailable.
SUBSCRIPTION
Start with five saved recipes. Plate & Paper Pro unlocks unlimited recipe saves, full-week planning, and consolidated multi-recipe shopping. Available plans and trial eligibility are displayed directly from the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in App Store settings. Restore purchases and subscription management are available in Plate & Paper Settings.
