ELDES Utility is professional installer software for configuring and maintaining ELDES security systems, gate controllers and communicators. Built on feedback from installers in the field, it brings every installation, configuration file and device setting into a single Mac app.

Every object you service gets its own installation card — configuration files, connection settings and free-form notes stored together and ready to reopen. No more hunting through folders for the right config before a service call.
LOCAL AND REMOTE CONFIGURATION
Connect to a panel on site, or reconnect to an existing installation remotely. Remote sessions are protected by encrypted data transfer and security codes, so routine parameter changes, user updates and diagnostics no longer require a site visit.

The ELDES Utility Wizard walks you through a first installation step by step, pre-configuring the system to a sensible baseline so you can commission faster and hand over with confidence.

Add and remove users, assign access rights, pair and manage wireless devices, and adjust zone, output and reporting parameters to match what the customer actually needs.
DOCUMENTATION WHERE YOU NEED IT
Contextual hints explain parameters as you configure them — useful for new engineers and for devices you set up only occasionally.
ELDES Utility is available in more than 15 languages, including English, Lithuanian, Russian, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French and Slovak.
ELDES Utility is intended for professional security installers. Configuring a system requires compatible ELDES hardware.
