Asanko Connect is the private, internal community app for employees of Asanko Gold.
IMPORTANT: This is not a public social network. Accounts are created by the employer and there is no public sign-up. You need a Staff ID issued by Asanko Gold to sign in. If you are not an Asanko Gold employee, this app will not work for you.
SIGN IN SECURELY
Sign in with your Staff ID and a one-time code sent to your registered phone number. There is no password to remember or lose.
STAY UP TO DATE
See a single company feed of updates from colleagues across every site. Posts can carry photos, video, and polls, and can be tagged by topic - Safety, Operations, Recognition, Training, Wellbeing, Events and more - so you can filter for what matters to you. Leadership notices are pinned to the top, and important ones can ask you to confirm you have read them.
SHARE YOUR WORK
Post text, photos or a short video from your phone. Crop and adjust images before you publish, tag colleagues with @mentions, add a poll, or use the caption assistant to tidy up your wording.
DAILY STATUS
Share a quick status that disappears after 24 hours, and see what colleagues across the business are doing today.
TALK TO COLLEAGUES
Message colleagues directly. First contact requires the other person to accept, so nobody can be messaged out of the blue.
DISCOVER
Browse colleagues, sites and topics, follow the people whose updates you want to see, and save posts to come back to later.
BUILT FOR A SAFE WORKPLACE
Asanko Connect is designed around workplace conduct standards:
- Report any post, comment, photo, video or person, directly from the item
- Block or mute a colleague, enforced in both directions across the whole app
- All text is checked before it is published
- Photos and video are held privately and checked before anyone else can see them
- Reports are reviewed by trained moderators within 24 hours
YOUR PRIVACY
No advertising. No tracking. No analytics. Your phone number and Staff ID are never shown in general employee profiles. You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Account, or at https://asankoconnect.site/delete-account
