Boreo Home Maintenance Tracker remembers when each job is due, reminds you ahead of time, and keeps a complete record of what you did and what it cost.
TRACK THE THINGS THAT MATTER

- Generator (oil change, battery, run test)
- Elevator and fire extinguisher inspections
- Any other task you want to repeat: gutters, smoke detectors, sump pump, and more
Don't have a storage tank or a UV lamp? Switch that task off and it disappears from your cards, your reminders and your report.
REMINDERS THAT ARE JUST RIGHT
You get one reminder a week before, one the day before, and one on the day a job is due, at 9 AM. Not a flood of repeats every time you open the app. Due dates are green until a week out, orange within a week, and red when overdue.
ONE TAP TO LOG IT
Tap Update when a job is done. The date goes into that item's history and the next due date moves out automatically. Log filter and lamp replacements with the date and cost, or add past work from before you started using the app.
KNOW WHAT YOU'VE SPENT
Every unit keeps its history and costs, with a running total.
SCAN NAMEPLATES (iPhone and iPad)
Point the camera at a model and serial label and the app reads it for you. The reading happens on your device, and the photo is not kept.

A COMPLETE REPORT, ON PAPER OR PDF
Create a printable report for any home: equipment details, install dates, schedules, full history and costs. Print it, save it, or send it to your contractor, your insurer or the next owner.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account to create, no ads and no tracking. Your information is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage, so your iPhone, iPad and Mac stay in sync. Syncing works between devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
FAMILY SHARING
Family Sharing lets your family download the app on one purchase. Each person keeps their own homes and data in their own iCloud. Homes are not shared between people yet.
The repeat intervals the app starts with are general guidance only. Follow your equipment's manual and any local requirements, and change them to match.
