Campus Desk for Students is the official mobile app for colleges, universities,
and training institutions on the Campus Desk cloud platform — a multi-tenant
SaaS solution for campus administration, faculty, and student life.
If your institution uses Campus Desk, download this app and sign in with the
campus email and password issued by your administrator. Each college’s data is
private, secure, and fully isolated on the platform.
HOW IT WORKS
• Your college is onboarded on Campus Desk as its own organisation (tenant)
• Sign in with your institute code, campus email, and password
• After enrollment, this app is your primary student portal — web access is
reserved for admissions; day-to-day student tools live here
• Passwords are encrypted in transit for secure sign-in
YOUR DASHBOARD
• Personalized home with your name and enrolled class count
• At-a-glance counts for pending assignments and leave requests
• Recent in-class quiz marks and open attendance sessions
• In-app notifications when assignments are graded or leave is decided
CLASSES & TIMETABLE
• Browse every class you’re enrolled in, with teacher and section details
• Weekly timetable across all classes — days, times, and rooms
• Course content and weekly syllabus materials inside each class
• Quick stats for assignments and quizzes per class
ASSIGNMENTS
• View published assignments with due dates and max marks
• Submit work as PDF or Word documents (.pdf, .doc, .docx), up to 10 MB
