Flat hunting in Germany is a full-time job. Wohnly turns it into a few minutes a day.
► APPLY IN SECONDS
Fill in your Bewerbermappe once — occupation, income, household, documents. After that every application is one tap instead of half an hour.
► AI LETTERS IN PERFECT GERMAN
Wohnly writes your application letter in flawless German, even if you do not speak a word of it. In cities where 200 people apply for one flat, that is what decides it.
► FAIR-PRICE CHECK ON EVERY LISTING
We compare the price per square metre against the city median and tell you straight away whether the rent is fair — plus a §551 BGB deposit check and a look at the utilities.
► RENT, FLATSHARES AND SUBLETS
Flats, WG rooms and sublets, with an "Anmeldung possible" filter nobody else offers. Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
► IN YOUR LANGUAGE
12 languages, including German, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and Polish.
► POSTING IS FREE
List your property at no cost. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Wohnly Plus (optional): priority applications, unlimited AI letters, all market insights, commute times and larger listings.
