Ratings, notes, and photos from every college visit, in one place. Compare campuses side by side, plan upcoming tours, and export it all when it's time to decide.
You tour five colleges in three days and by the end they blur together. Which one had the dining hall you liked? Where did the tour guide say the thing that stuck?
Folio is a journal for college visits. Rate a campus while you're standing on it, write down what you actually noticed, and keep it somewhere you can compare later.
TWELVE THINGS WORTH REMEMBERING
Each visit walks through twelve prompts, in the order a real tour unfolds — First Impression, The Tour, Academics, Housing & Campus Life, Dining, Social Scene, Athletics & Spirit, Location & Surroundings, Cost & Value, Career & Future, The Feeling, and Final Verdict.
Rate each one out of five, write as much or as little as you want, and add photos from the day.
Every card is optional. Skip what doesn't apply — a category you didn't rate never drags your score down.
SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS
Rate a few schools and Folio starts showing you things you never said out loud.
A radar chart compares up to three colleges side by side across five dimensions. "What You Look For" averages your ratings across every visit to show which parts of a campus you actually care about — and which one you're toughest on.
PLAN WHAT'S NEXT
Save upcoming visits to a calendar and get a reminder the evening before and the morning of, so you're not scrambling. Keep a wishlist of schools you're curious about but haven't seen yet.
TAKE IT WITH YOU
Export everything as a document you can print, email, or bring to a meeting with your counselor or your parents. Your notes are more useful in the room where the decision gets made.
SEARCH ANY U.S. COLLEGE
Search runs against the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, so you get real enrollment numbers, acceptance rates, tuition, and campus setting for schools across the country.
YOUR NOTES STAY YOURS
Your reviews, ratings, and written notes are stored on your device, not on a server. No ads. No tracking. No analytics of any kind.
Because your journals live on your phone, use Export My Data now and then to keep a copy somewhere safe.
