The SDC Legal app is a new mobile application available to clients of Shared Direction Conveyancing who are buying a New Build Shared Ownership property. The app uses the latest technology to link our clients to their case officer quickly and easily. Messages can be sent back and forth with ease, documents can be signed electronically on your phone, and everything is kept neatly within the app for future reference. At Shared Direction Conveyancing we recognise that buying a home is an exciting time, but can also be quite daunting, especially if buying for the first time. The SDC Legal app includes a simple guide to the process where each stage is ticked off when completed, so clients can easily keep track of how their case is progressing. Features: • View, complete and sign forms or documents, returning them securely • A mobile virtual file of all messages, letters and documents • Ability to monitor case progress against a visual tracking tool • Send messages direct to your case officer without needing to provide a reference or even a name • Convenience of instant mobile access to process tracker and messages
