Walk the block and an Archer joins. Finish the one you have been dodging for a week and a Knight, a Mage, a Golem shows up. By evening you are not looking at a column of ticks. Tonight's raid is built from today's date, so no two nights repeat, and it is fought with precisely the army your day produced. A thin day fields sprouts. A real day fields golems and bombers. WIN, AND YOU KEEP A BUILDING Every victory adds one of twenty buildings to your floating isle — a forge, a watchtower, a granary, a cathedral — and every building changes how the next raid plays out. Months from now the isle is the honest record of them. Rotate it, inspect it, see what a hundred finished tasks actually built.
