Shared money usually lands on one person. They keep the receipts, they write the summary, and they field every "what was that one?" BooKoo opens that book to the whole group. Team costs, small-group dues, trip spending, household bills — everyone logs their own, and everyone reads the same ledger. Each new ledger holds 2 members on Free and up to 5 with BooKoo Pro.

Ask about a charge right where it sits. The receipt photo and the answer stay next to the amount.
■ Nobody carries the book alone
One invite link and members start logging for themselves. Owners and admins manage members and invitations; members add entries and comments; view-only members can read.
■ Calendar and statistics at a glance
A calendar in the ledger’s own time zone with daily totals, category statistics, and a 12-month trend.
■ Made to fit your group
Choose category names, colors, and icons, and use light or dark mode on phone and tablet. Export your data any time. The app itself is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese.
A ledger is visible only to the members you invite — it is not a public board. BooKoo is a manual record: it does not connect to banks, move money between people, split or settle balances, track unpaid dues per member, approve spending, convert currencies, or track users across apps. Entries are recorded in the ledger’s own currency. Free may show one limited non-personalized banner directly below the main tabs. The only payment is the optional subscription below, handled by the app store.
BooKoo Pro (optional subscription)
Free BooKoo keeps one ledger you own, 2 members in each new ledger, unlimited entries, full access to your own data, and a limited banner below the main tabs. BooKoo Pro removes ads, lets you create additional ledgers, and supports up to 5 members in each new ledger.

• The ledger owner subscribes and the whole ledger is covered — invited members never pay
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
