Money Magnets is the app for members of Money Magnets referral groups. Your group gives you a six-character join code, or an admin sets your account up for you. Enter the code once and you're in.
LOG A REFERRAL IN SECONDS
Two fields and you're done: who it's for, and who it's going to. "I gave one" and "I got one" are the same record from opposite ends, and a lead from outside the group needs no member at all, just where it came from.
TRACK IT TO A CLOSED DEAL
New, contacted, meeting set, quoted, won or lost. Either side can move it, because whoever hears first should be able to record it. Every move writes a timeline entry, so the history is a record rather than a reconstruction.
SEE WHERE YOUR BUSINESS COMES FROM
Inbound referrals ranked by closed value, not count. Members and outside sources side by side, with an average per referral.
NEVER DROP A FOLLOW-UP
Put a date on a referral, or set yourself a reminder. Home merges both into one list with overdue at the top.
THE MEMBER DIRECTORY
Searchable by name, business, category and keyword. "Plumber" finds the plumbing member. Tap to call, email or open a website.
MEETINGS, ATTENDANCE AND 1-TO-1s
The group's diary, roll call, visitors tracked from invited through to joined, and 1-to-1s that count for both people. The 1-to-1 tab shows who you haven't sat down with yet.
REPORTS
Referral flow and conversion, closed value, attendance, 1-to-1s, guests and a member-by-member table. Counted on the server, so a decade of history reports as fast as a month.
MORE THAN ONE GROUP
Organisations can run several groups. Each keeps its own roster, its own join code and its own numbers. Nothing crosses between them, and only an organisation admin can run a report across more than one.
