There is no free tier. No bank login. No card access. No password — we email you a sign-in link. WHAT IT DOES • SCAN — Tap the camera. The scanner finds the receipt edges, straightens and crops. Do a whole stack in one sitting. • READ — The merchant, date and total are pulled off the receipt on your device. Nothing is uploaded to read it. • NEVER GUESSES — If it cannot read a field confidently, it leaves it blank and highlights it. A blank you can fill in beats a wrong number on a tax record. You can edit any field, any time, forever. • CATEGORISE — Pick from the fixed IRS Schedule C expense categories. StubSavr remembers what you chose for that merchant and suggests it next time. • FIND — Grouped by month with a running total. Filter by category or date. Search across every merchant name and every word read off every receipt. • EXPORT — CSV with one row per receipt, or a PDF with a summary table and every receipt image attached as a page. Built on your device, in a second. Works in airplane mode. • IN YOUR PHOTOS — Every receipt you scan is also saved to a StubSavr album in your own Photos app, so they are organised somewhere you already look. • PROTECT — Receipt images are read on your device and are never sent to our servers. No bank login. No password. If you turn on backup, only the details sync — merchant, date, total, category — encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete one by mistake? It waits 30 days in a recovery bin before it's gone. WHY THERE IS NO BANK LOGIN Because you should not have to hand your bank credentials to a receipt app. Guessing which card transactions were business expenses is not something software should do quietly on your behalf.
