Add a professional in two steps and say whether they are employed or self-employed. Employed shares settle to the salon; chair renters connect their own bank once and are paid into it. Nothing ever sits in an Olevia account on the way there.

Set what is taken up front per professional, per service and per client: nothing, a card check, a deposit, or the full amount. A card check is confirmed with the bank there and then and kept on file, so a late cancellation fee can be charged without it becoming an awkward conversation. Repeat no-shows can lose online booking until you lift it. Reminders go out by text and email with a one-tap confirm and a calendar invite.
