AUSTRALIA AND THE UNITED STATES
Choose your country explicitly and change it anytime. Australian rents use AUD per week; U.S. rents use USD per month. Listings, areas and renter profiles stay with their country. Availability varies by area; empty areas are shown honestly.
FIND ROOMS AND ROOMMATES
Search available rooms by area, rent and practical household details. Browse opt-in renter profiles and choose what you make public. Compare the parking and stay information provided for the exact listing or room.
CREATE A CLEAR LISTING
Eligible members can create and manage listings. Start with photos when optional AI assistance is available. Review suggestions before using them. If AI is unavailable, the normal manual form keeps your details and photos so you can continue. Listing types have their own eligibility requirements.
KEEP CONVERSATIONS AND VISITS TOGETHER
Manage enquiries, messages and inspection plans in your existing account. Hosts can prepare optional Getting here instructions and arrival photos, shared privately with eligible visit participants at the permitted time. You choose when to share contact details with other members.
MAKE HOME USEFUL TO YOU
Choose the planning tools, budget and questions useful to your search or hosting journey. Home remembers your explicit choices for your account and selected country. Manage saved searches, notification preferences and reminders in the app.
PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Manage discovery, notification preferences and account deletion in the app. Optional AI assistance explains which photos or profile details are sent to Netlify and Google Gemini before you choose to use it. Location permission is requested when you tap Near me.
