Enter your lab results and the app estimates your GFR using the race-free CKD-EPI 2021
equation, charts how it has moved over time, and shows where the value sits against the
published KDIGO reference bands — so you can walk into your next appointment with the
whole picture in one place.
WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Lab results — creatinine, BUN, eGFR, ACR, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, calcium,
haemoglobin and albumin
• Dialysis sessions — type, centre, access, duration, pre/post weight, fluid removed
and attendance, plus a recurring weekly schedule
