Connect to FTP, FTPS and SFTP servers. Browse local and remote folders side by side, upload or download files and folders, and track transfers in one place.
PierlyFTP is an FTP, FTPS and SFTP file transfer client. Connect to servers you're authorized to access, then upload, download and manage files across local and remote directories. SFTP runs over SSH and supports password and private key authentication.
Browse and manage
• View local folders and remote directories side by side
• See names, sizes and modified dates; SFTP also shows permissions returned by the server
• Enter a path directly or set a default remote directory for each connection
• Sort by name, size or modified date, show hidden files and copy remote paths
• Create remote folders, rename items or delete them
Upload and download
• Upload and download files and folders over FTP, FTPS or SFTP
• Select items from the local list or drag files and folders into the window to upload them
• Skip, replace or keep both when an item with the same name already exists
• Run between 1 and 10 transfers at the same time
• Follow progress and activity, cancel a transfer, or retry failed and cancelled transfers
Connections and authentication
• FTP, explicit FTPS, implicit FTPS and SFTP
• FTP supports username and password or anonymous access, with automatic, UTF-8 or GB18030 filename encoding
• SFTP supports passwords and Ed25519 or RSA private keys
• Passwords and private-key passphrases are kept in protected system credential storage
• FTPS checks TLS certificates; SFTP asks you to confirm the SSH host key on first connection and warns you if a saved host identity changes
Free and Pro
The free version saves one server connection. A one-time PierlyFTP Pro purchase removes the server limit. Personal and family options are available as one-time purchases.
PierlyFTP does not require an account. Server settings and trusted host identities remain on this device.

- Improved the local and remote file workspace: collapse and reopen the local pane, and drag the divider to resize the panes.
- Local files can now be opened directly or with another app using Open With.

- Improved batch uploads and downloads to reduce waiting and show file conflict prompts sooner.

- Improved connection save error messages, which now remain visible until dismissed.
- Fixed task count flicker when upload/download queues have more than 100 items.
- Refined local Trash behaviour so local files and folders can be moved to Trash safely.
- UI polish now hides inactive scrollbar tracks for a cleaner look.
- Fixed 1.0.0 leftovers and improved stability of workspace state and permission loading.
