Pause before you scroll

Free · In‑App Purchases

Pause before you scroll. Protect distracting apps, choose your intent, and use your time more intentionally with PauseKey. Use apps with intention, not on impulse. PauseKey helps you interrupt mindless app opening by protecting the apps you choose. Instead of opening distracting apps automatically, PauseKey creates a moment to pause and decide. QUICK UNLOCK Need an app for a moment? Temporarily unlock protected apps for a short amount of time. When the time ends, protection returns automatically. INTENTIONAL SESSIONS Choose why you want to use an app, set a time, and start a session. When your session ends, your apps are protected again. DAILY LIMITS Set a daily limit for protected app use when you want an additional boundary. INSIGHTS See your sessions, quick unlocks, and unlocked time to better understand how you use protected apps. PAUSEKEY PLUS Unlock more control with PauseKey Plus: • Schedules — automatically protect apps by day and time • Custom intents — create intents that fit your life • Advanced stats — discover more about your usage patterns PauseKey Plus is available as a one-time in-app purchase. No subscription. BUILT FOR INTENTIONAL USE PauseKey doesn't tell you to stop using your phone. It gives you a moment to decide when and why you want to use distracting apps. Pause. Choose. Continue.
