Capped starts by showing your last 7 days: every app, hours per day, and the brutal math of what that adds up to per year. Then you pick your problem apps and set the caps — we'll suggest a starting point below your current pace.
WHEN THE CAP HITS, EXTRA TIME HAS A PRICE
Pick your poison:
• FREE — extra time costs an ad. The first ad buys back half your cap. Every round after pays less time and costs more watching. After 12 ads, the app stays capped until midnight. The price of scrolling is watching ads about things you don't want. Fitting.
• ACCOUNTABILITY — extra time costs asking a friend. Pick one person. When your time runs out, every extra 5 minutes needs their explicit yes — a push notification, two buttons, and all the power on their side. No ads, no loopholes, no negotiating with yourself at 1am.
CHANGED YOUR MIND? PROVE IT.
Tightening a cap works instantly. Loosening one takes 72 hours to kick in — and you can undo it any time before then. Present-you sets the rules; tired-you can't repeal them on impulse.

Invite friends to cheer you on — they see your progress, not your data. Once a day, a genuine invitation to a friend earns you 5 minutes back.
