• Added Picture in Picture. Leave the app while a video is playing and it keeps playing in a floating window. Turn it on in Settings, under Playback. Audio-only tracks are unaffected. • Fixed the playback view being cut off in landscape, where the video was invisible and the controls were clipped. In landscape, tapping the player bar now opens full-screen playback directly. • Fixed the track list being almost invisible in landscape. The media card and playlist chips now scroll with the list.

• The player bar now expands in place. It opens into the full playback view right on the Home screen — artwork, progress, and controls all fit at once — instead of pushing a separate Now Playing page. Drag the handle at the top down to collapse it. • The media card and playlist chips on the Home screen are now pinned at the top and no longer scroll with the list. The expanded player stops right below them. • When you enter full-screen playback, the controls now fade in a moment later so the picture appears first.

• Fixed an issue where importing from Files did nothing on iOS 26. • New sleep timer: set a duration or an end time, with a gentle fade-out before pausing. • New shuffle playback mode. • Search within the current list, including pinyin and initials for Chinese titles. • ZIP imports now create a matching playlist; you decide whether to keep or remove duplicate files. • Edit a track's title and artist. Settings now shows storage usage.
