CAPTURE THE MOMENT Start recording on iPhone or Apple Watch. Pause, resume and play back your recordings. Record on your watch while away from your phone, then transfer recordings to iPhone when the connection is available. READ AND REVISIT Create editable transcripts with timestamps. Tap a passage to return to that moment in the recording, adjust playback speed, and keep the original audio alongside your notes. Transcription options include English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and French; availability depends on the device and installed system language resources. FROM CONVERSATION TO NEXT STEPS Choose a template for a project meeting, interview, one-to-one, retrospective or idea. Review summaries, topics, decisions and action items. Check source-linked items against the recording, edit the draft, and confirm what belongs in your project record. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed. KEEP WORK TOGETHER Organize recordings with projects and tags. Search recordings and transcripts, and follow confirmed decisions and tasks in the project timeline. Export original audio, transcripts and meeting notes, including PDF and Markdown sharing for notes. YOU CHOOSE THE PROCESSING Recordings and indexes stay on your device by default. Optional iCloud file mirroring is available. On-device AI features depend on compatible hardware, system version and language resources; a basic outline is available when advanced local summarization is unavailable. Cloud meeting notes require an internet connection and your consent. The cloud notes service sends transcript text and timestamps for processing, not original audio. OPTIONAL CLOUD PURCHASES Eligible users receive a one-time lifetime allowance of 2 hours of cloud processing. Additional cloud use is available through a 6-hour pack or an auto-renewable monthly plan with 40 hours per billing period. Pack hours accumulate; monthly hours reset and do not roll over. Prices and purchase terms appear in the app. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Local recording, playback, viewing, export and deletion do not depend on cloud credit. Please obtain any required consent before recording. VoiceLedger supports iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 18 or later, and Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later.
