Okra Desk

Bookings & pay on WhatsApp

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Turn your WhatsApp into a booking machine — clients book, pay a deposit and get reminders automatically. Fewer no-shows, less admin, more chairs filled. Okra Desk turns your WhatsApp into a front desk. Your clients book appointments, pay a deposit and get reminders — right inside a WhatsApp chat, with no app for them to download and no "reply 1" menus. Built for businesses that run on appointments — salons, barbers, nail and beauty bars, spas, clinics, therapists, tutors and car detailers. WHAT IT DOES • Bookings in WhatsApp — service, time, confirmed, all by tapping • Deposits that end no-shows — take a deposit, full payment or nothing, via PayFast or Paystack (cards, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay) • Automatic reminders — 24h and 2h before every appointment • Reschedule & cancel — clients manage their own bookings; a paid deposit carries over • Waitlist — fully booked? Clients join a waitlist and get pinged when a slot opens • Reviews, rebooking & win-backs — grow repeat business automatically • Referrals & loyalty — clients refer friends and everyone earns a reward • Tips — clients can add a tip when they pay • One dashboard — your whole day, revenue and deposits at a glance YOU'RE IN CONTROL Set your own services, prices, staff and working hours. Block off lunch or a day off in a tap. Money goes straight to your own payment account — Okra Desk never holds your funds. Get set up in minutes and start taking bookings on the number your clients already message.
