A local-first workspace for freelancers: plan on a board, focus with Pomodoro, and turn work hours into a clear timesheet. Caliper is a private, local-first workspace for freelancers who want to keep projects moving and know where their hours went. Plan work on a simple Kanban board, run a Pomodoro focus session on the task in front of you, and keep a clean record of every work block. When it is time to bill, filter your work and export a PDF or CSV timesheet. PLAN PROJECTS, NOT JUST TASKS • Create projects with their own boards and workflow columns • Add tasks, checklists, notes, links, priority, and a short Siri tag • Drag work through your board as it progresses FOCUS ON THE WORK IN FRONT OF YOU • Start a Pomodoro timer directly from a task • Pause, resume, or commit a focused work session • Keep a timeline of hours instead of a vague memory of the day TURN HOURS INTO A TIMESHEET • Track billable hours and project rates when you need them • Add time manually when you forgot to start the timer • Mark work as billed after payment • Export filtered hours as PDF or CSV PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account • No ads • Your projects, tasks, and hours stay on your iPhone • Optional Face ID lock, widgets, Siri shortcuts, and JSON backup Caliper is built for solo freelancers, independent makers, consultants, and anyone who wants a calm place to plan work, focus, and log honest hours.
