Keep visits, observations, photographs and follow-up actions together in a project record, from the first inspection to the handover. RECORD THE VISIT Organise your work by project and site visit. Add observations, photographs, notes, sketches and measurements. Keep the location and visit context alongside the evidence so you can return to the detail when writing up. FOLLOW UP WHAT YOU FIND Record defects and snagging items, create actions and keep track of their status. Maintain risk records and meeting notes alongside the rest of the project information. LINK EVIDENCE WITH QR LABELS Give site records a printed reference and QR label. Scan a label to read its carried record details in a browser, or use Seen on Site to find the matching record in your project. QR labels help connect an item on site with the information recorded about it. WRITE AND SHARE REPORTS Choose from 19 report types, including site visits, condition surveys, defect surveys, snagging reports and photographic schedules. Select the information to include, review the wording and produce PDF or editable Word documents. Export schedules as CSV, or share Markdown, JSON and ZIP handover packages containing your report and supporting evidence. A ZIP handover package is for sharing your work; it cannot be imported back into Seen on Site as a project backup. WORK ACROSS APPLE DEVICES Use Seen on Site on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Capture options vary by device. Optional iCloud sync is off by default and synchronises records only. Photographs, sketches, voice recordings and document files stay on the device where they were created or imported. FULL ACCESS Full Access options include monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-off lifetime purchase. Available prices and any eligible offers are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Existing records remain readable and exportable without Full Access; creating new projects or starting new site visits requires access after the opening period.
