No account is required for your personal records. TRACK HOW YOU FEEL • Log periods, mood, energy, pain, sleep and stress. • Browse your calendar and record history. • View cycle estimates and organize small self-care routines. • Take a break with guided breathing exercises. BRING YOUR NOTES TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT • Organize questions, personal information and documents. • Create a PDF report to share with someone you choose. • Store exam documents and set up to eight daily reminders per medication, following your prescription. • In “Understand your report”, read a PDF or image on your device to find explanations from an educational glossary. The reader does not interpret results or determine whether an exam is normal. CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS The local vault encrypts your records and attachments. Use device authentication, set up a discreet cover screen and create a manual password-protected backup. You decide what to export, share or delete. There is no automatic cloud sync. Optionally connect Apple Health and choose your permissions. The online community is optional and uses a separate account, moderation, content reporting and blocking. Posts and comments are sent to the service; your private health diary is not published. DO MORE WITH IRI PRO The optional subscription adds more symptom categories, descriptive insights based on self-reports, voice journaling, personal pregnancy/postpartum and menopause records, personal summaries, and tools for organizing routines, finances and career notes. Appointment PDFs, privacy controls, export and deletion remain available in BASIC. Use IRI in English, Portuguese or Spanish. Follow your device language or select one manually. The assistant provides local summaries; optional Apple Intelligence requires a compatible device and system with the feature available. IMPORTANT IRI is a personal organization and wellness tool, not a medical service. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions or emergency response.
