iPad
Charts is an iPad rehearsal app for musicians who use Planning Center Services. You subscribe for yourself, so your church doesn't need to buy another app for the whole team.
Your scheduled plans and song library are there when you sign in. With a chart open, you can listen to the recording and work on your part without switching apps. If there are several recordings, choose the one you need and repeat it while you practice. You're free to rehearse songs that aren't in this week's plan, too.
Charts downloads and organizes your PDFs for you. Stream your recordings or choose which ones to download for offline listening inside the app. Add recordings to your Playlist, drag them into the order you want, and keep listening when you switch apps or lock your iPad. At rehearsal or during the service, follow the plan and swipe from one chart to the next.
Write on your charts with Apple Pencil, or add typed notes. Charts keeps a separate “w/notes” copy on your iPad, so your marks are there the next time you rehearse. Find those copies under Annotated in the song library. They are included in normal device backups, but do not sync with Planning Center or another iPad.
Try it with sample songs before connecting your account. The demo doesn't require a login or a purchase.
Subscription and access
Choose a monthly or annual subscription. Both include all features, with a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. You'll see the price and trial details before you subscribe.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
You'll need a Planning Center Services account to use your own music. Charts doesn't include a music catalog or music licenses, and it doesn't give you access to files your account can't already use. Keep any subscriptions or licenses needed for those files. You'll need an internet connection to sign in, refresh, stream, or download. Once downloaded, recordings can play offline until they expire. Downloads stay private to Charts. Disconnecting your account removes its downloaded content.
Ministry Margin Charts is independent software, not affiliated with or endorsed by Planning Center or any content provider.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Each plan now keeps its own playlist, so opening this week's service doesn't bring back recordings from an old plan. Songs rehearsed from the library use a separate Practice Playlist. You can clear a playlist without deleting your downloaded recordings.
This update also fixes the progress slider jumping when you resume audio, refreshes charts after verse and chorus order changes in Planning Center, and improves chart downloads and annotation controls.
