New — Kids mode for families: • Parent PIN: leaving kids mode asks for your 4–6 digit PIN instead of a sum. Forgot it? Confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or your device passcode and set a new one. • Children: add each child by name and age. Stars, listen mode and reading layout are kept per child, and a "Who is reading?" screen asks which child is starting. • Progress report per child: memorized, in progress and not started surahs for their age, with stars and the date last practiced. • Notes on ayat: while your child recites, long-press an ayah to note what to fix — memorization, tajweed, pronunciation or fluency — and review the open notes next time. A "Recited to me" log keeps the history. • Ages 10–12 get the same per-ayah features in the flowing layout, plus a flowing / ayah-by-ayah switch. • Kids data is backed up with your iCloud or Google account and can be exported to a file you keep. Fixed: • Switching tabs no longer loses your place in Athkar, Quran or Hadith, even with a recitation paused. • A crash in the flowing reader on long surahs with TalkBack active.

New: • Hijri date adjustment: if your country announces the month a day before or after Umm al-Qura, shift the date by up to two days in Settings › Prayer. You can also place or remove it from an ayah's long-press menu. • Continue Reading on Today opens straight at the marker, and its play button recites from there.

Fixed: • Recitations keep downloading when the usual audio server is down: two more sources (Quran Foundation and Islamic Network) are tried automatically, and a slow server is skipped instead of leaving the player waiting. New: • Shorouk (sunrise) now appears on the prayer timeline after Fajr, with its own optional alert telling you that Fajr time has ended.

Fixed: • Pause, then resume: the recitation now actually resumes. Resuming used to silently stop again half a second later — the athkar player was switching off the shared audio session underneath it. • Ayah-by-ayah mode now follows the recitation, keeping the ayah being recited in view. This also fixes opening from search, a bookmark or a juz, which used to land at the top of the surah instead of on your ayah. • The bottom bar no longer stays over the page after you leave the Quran tab and come back. New: • Tap the surah · ayah line in the player to jump back to the ayah being recited after scrolling away. • The player shows a spinner while an ayah is still downloading, instead of a play button that cannot act yet. • The reading mode panel lets you pick the translation itself, not just switch it on — the same list as Settings, so the two always agree. • While a recitation plays in Mushaf mode, the page follows it and keeps the ayah being recited in view.

New in this version: • Share a passage, not just one ayah: choose how many ayat to include and they go on one card — and into one video, recited straight through in your reciter's voice.
