Fin is the otter who quits with you.
Track time away from the habits you want to change, with a supportive little companion by your side. Start with vaping, smoking, alcohol, social media, gambling, sugar, or another habit. Add more when you're ready, including your own custom habits.
YOUR HABITS, YOUR PACE
• Keep a separate streak for each habit.
• Start from the date you choose, including progress you made before installing Fin.
• See your current streak, best streak, recorded slips, and milestones through your first year.
• Record a slip without losing your previous history, other habits, or pet XP. You can undo the latest slip in that habit's details.
A LITTLE SUPPORT EVERY DAY
• Check in and notice how you feel.
• Read encouragement for the habits and moments you're tracking.
• Keep your reasons for quitting close.
• Save reflections by choosing tags, with no typing required, and revisit them in your history.
• Celebrate milestones with badges.
PAUSE WHEN AN URGE HITS
Open SOS for a two-minute breathing exercise with Fin. Mark an urge as passed and see your total urges overcome grow. If you slip, record it with a clear confirmation and begin again.
GROW WITH YOUR PET
Name your otter and choose a scene for its home. Check-ins, completed breathing sessions, and urges overcome earn XP toward permanent pet levels. Hearts reflect visits to the app; they never reset your habit streaks. Missing a check-in doesn't reset them either.
YOUR PROGRESS ON YOUR DEVICE
Fin has no app account or public feed. Your habit entries, streaks, reflections, motivations, and pet name are stored on your device and never shared. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription information to verify and restore access, and Appstack measures our own ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and Apple Ads. No habit data is ever included. Restoring a purchase restores subscription access; it does not transfer local habit history from another device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
SUBSCRIPTION
Fin requires an auto-renewing subscription to access the main app. Fin Yearly is billed once per year; Fin Weekly is billed once per week. Both plans unlock the same features. The localized price and billing period are shown before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is available on the subscription screen. When a subscription expires, Fin returns to that screen and keeps your local progress for when access resumes. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Fin is a self-care and tracking companion, not medical treatment. Seek qualified care for addiction or withdrawal, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
One day at a time, with Fin.
