TFF Trainer Dashboard is the internal coaching tool for Total Form Fitness trainers — built to make logging a client's session fast enough to actually use standing on the gym floor. • Roster — every client, who's assigned to whom, at a glance • Workout Builder — write a program manually or generate one, then post it straight to the client's workout book • Session logging — one set at a time, prefilled from the plan, built for a phone in one hand • Lock-screen tracking — the current set and rest timer stay visible on the lock screen while a trainer coaches, no unlocking required to glance • Evaluations, admin roster management, and per-trainer scheduling This app is intended for Total Form Fitness staff only and is not a general consumer fitness app.
