Follow through at the right moment
Set due alerts for tasks added directly in Todo Assist when notifications are allowed. Add optional arrive/leave alarms when location access is set to Always and notifications are allowed. Alerts depend on your settings and iOS delivery.
Keep next actions close
Home Screen widgets show open tasks at a glance. The medium widget also lets you complete tasks, so your view stays focused on what’s next.
Bring existing Reminders into the plan
Choose Reminders lists you already use to see and update their tasks alongside tasks added directly in Todo Assist. Edits to a task From Reminders update the same item in Apple Reminders, including its title, notes, completion, due date, repeat setting, URL, location, priority, and alarms. Categories and tags stay in Todo Assist.
Todo Assist asks for Reminders Full Access only when you choose to add a Reminders list. It displays and updates tasks from the lists you select. Removing a Reminders list from Todo Assist keeps the list and all its tasks in Reminders.
Share when it helps
You can optionally share a Todo Assist list with people you invite through iCloud. Todo Assist lists update through your private iCloud account on signed-in devices. A Todo Assist list uses shared iCloud storage only when you choose to share it.

Today and your streak sit as small chips — no lecture, just the numbers. Tap them when you want the full picture in Profile. Sign in with Apple to keep your identity with you.
Home Screen widgets are denser and can follow the lists and categories you care about, so the right work shows up without opening the app.
Completing and organizing feel snappier, with quieter toasts and more reliable iCloud recovery if a shared store needs to rebuild.
