UGL Group and Leadership
Self-paced, not FHS
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
This is a self-paced group and leadership course for the general public. It is NOT the Swedish Defence University (FHS), NOT the official five-day UGL course, and NOT an official UGL certificate.
UGL Group and Leadership is a self-paced six-chapter course on group dynamics and leadership. Content is based on open, public theory (including IMGD/Wheelan, FIRO, Johari, and situational leadership) and original writing. The app does not copy FHS course manuals.
How the course works
• Six chapters with lessons and reflection
• Chapter quizzes (10 questions, 70% to pass)
• Final exam (30 questions, 80% to pass)
• Progress and milestones saved on device
• Swedish and English
Learning and exams are free. You can take the full course without an account via “Try the demo — continue as guest”.
Optional course certificate
After you pass the final exam you may buy an in-app course completion certificate (one-time, product id org.ugl.cert.once). It only confirms that you completed this app’s lessons and exams under this app’s criteria. It is not FHS, not an official UGL certificate, and does not authorize the title UGL facilitator.
