Send outreach from your own inbox. Hosted Cloud Send needs nothing on your website — one DNS record, and campaigns keep going. 7-day trial.
EastmarkHK Mailer is cold email outreach that runs from your own inbox — not a shared sending pool.
Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP account with a built-in provider preset, then let inbox warmup build sending reputation before your first campaign goes out. Import leads from a CSV — the import engine reads your columns and maps them automatically — write your sequence once with merge fields like {{firstName}} and {{company}}, or let AI Studio draft the first pass. Every message sends from your own name, so every open, bounce, and reply comes back to your own inbox too.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- Your own inbox, not ours — connect via SMTP with presets for common providers. No shared IP pool, no shared sender reputation.
- Inbox warmup — ramp sending gradually and watch inbox health before and during a campaign.
- Universal CSV import — drop in a lead list from anywhere; column mapping is automatic, with anything uncertain flagged for review.
- AI Studio — draft sequences on-device with Apple Intelligence, or with built-in templates.
- Parallel campaign queue — run several campaigns at once, or queue all of them to process in the background.
- Open tracking & bounce detection — a lightweight, privacy-isolated tracking pixel confirms opens per install; bounce detection flags addresses before they hurt your sender reputation.
- Demo mode — try the whole workflow with real leads and real templates, with nothing actually sent, until you turn it off.
- Multi-language interface — English source catalog plus curated packs for French, Dutch, German, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, with on-device Apple Translation and a cloud fallback.
- Clear mode by default — a light, native macOS look, with dark mode available in Settings whenever you prefer it.
Eastmark Mailer is built by EastmarkHK, the team behind EastmarkHK e-Invoicing — the outreach app follows the same translation pipeline and the same "your data stays yours" approach.
A Windows edition of Eastmark Mailer is also available.
Requires macOS 14 or later.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Hosted Cloud Send: no website and nothing to install. Enter your domain, add one DNS record, and campaigns keep sending while your Mac is off. • Send with Resend through its API. Paste your API key. The From address must be on a verified domain. • Inbox warmup starts at about 15 emails on day one, then rises gradually. You can set your own daily cap. • Subjects and bodies fill in the first name, and the company name when the first name is empty. • Open tracking uses a secret that belongs to this Mac only. • Test an email from any of your real inboxes, not only the ones selected for the campaign.
